Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Poka ne zabyl collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the web app or optional Telegram features.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the service is the following Russian individual entrepreneur: ИП Еньшин Василий Сергеевич, INN 700201499734, OGRNIP 317703100073732. Send privacy requests to support@poka-ne-zabyl.ru.

2. Personal data we collect

• your name, verified email address or mobile phone number, and authentication records;
• Telegram ID, username, chat and message identifiers when you choose to connect Telegram;
• texts, voice recordings, receipt photos, documents, expenses, plans, categories, and shared-space data you submit;
• device, browser, IP address, security events, and technical logs;
• subscription, order, quota, and payment status without bank card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• To create and operate your account, provide recognition, store records, support shared spaces, and process purchases where this is necessary to perform our agreement or take steps at your request.
• To prevent abuse, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and improve reliability where this is necessary for our legitimate interests and does not override your rights.
• To keep payment, accounting, and compliance records where required by law.
• For optional processing where you have given specific consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Recognition and automated processing

Automated tools may turn text, audio, and images into draft expenses or plans. You review and confirm the result. The service does not use this recognition to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. Service providers and processing locations

We use Telegram as an optional communication channel, SMS.RU for phone verification calls, Robokassa for payments, Russian hosting and storage providers, and recognition technology providers. Each provider receives only the data needed for its task.

Core account records and uploaded source files for this service are hosted in Russia. If your data is subject to GDPR or another law governing international processing, the applicable mandatory safeguards and rights continue to apply. We do not start an additional cross-border transfer to a provider unless a valid legal mechanism is available.

6. Retention

We keep data only while it is needed for the purposes above, while your account is active, or for a mandatory legal retention period.

Original photos and voice recordings are kept for 3 days on Basic and 30 days on Plus. Confirmed expense and plan records remain until you delete them, close the account, or ask us to erase them where the law permits.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security and analytics

We use access controls, short-lived verification codes, request limits, audit records, and technical safeguards. Public landing pages use Yandex Metrica for basic traffic measurement; session replay and form analytics are disabled, and authenticated app pages are not tracked by Metrica.

9. Changes

We may update this notice when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are always published on this page.
