This consent applies only to processing activities for which consent is the appropriate legal basis.

I voluntarily consent to ИП Еньшин Василий Сергеевич, INN 700201499734, processing the personal data described below in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

Data covered by consent

Account identifiers and contact details; optional Telegram identifiers; texts, audio, images, and documents I submit; expense and plan data; technical records; and subscription, quota, order, and payment status without bank card details.

Purposes

Providing recognition and account features I request, storing and displaying my records, supporting shared spaces, responding to support requests, and enabling optional connected channels.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, organization, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to authorized processors, restriction, and deletion by automated means.

Limits of this consent

This consent does not authorize marketing and does not cover solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Processing necessary to perform our agreement, protect the service, process payments, or comply with law may rely on another lawful basis described in the Privacy Notice.

Withdrawal

I may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@poka-ne-zabyl.ru. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. We will stop consent-based processing unless another legal basis requires or permits us to continue. Some requested features may then become unavailable.
